If you have encountered any issues while making your payment (e.g. duplicate payment, transaction error), kindly contact us for more information.

For successful refund request, we will initiate a refund to your store credit or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

*Refund shall only be made in the case where customer encountered transaction error (e.g. duplicate transaction, extra amount paid).
